Welcome To RLR Services
RLR Services was founded in 1989 as a tachograph analysis service to the transport industry.
In 1990 the business diversified to incorporate CPC instruction courses for potential Transport Managers. This was extended in 1992 when the Company was approved by the Department for Transport to offer ADR training Courses.
In 1994 the Company joined what has now become ‘The National Dangerous Goods Training Consortium’ of training providers.
To acommodate increased volumes, the business moved to its current offices located in the centre of Trowbridge. This provides the space for training courses and examinations - the Company is registered as an exam centre with SQA and OCR examination boards for ADR and CPC respectively.
The business expanded its area of operations in 2001 by the acquisition of TFT Services (Training for Transport) in Plymouth and by working with React Training Services in the Reading area. Both of these centres are also registered for courses and exams.
Due to ever increasing workloads, and the complexities of recent legislation, the Company was split into three in August 2005 with RLR Services concentrating on the provision of Dangerous Goods Driver Training (ADR) and the Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC National / International Freight / PCV).
The split has allowed the Company to diversify still further to include all aspects of Health and Safety Legislation and training. In addition it has ensured that the Company will stay at the forefront of transport training — this includes the provision of generic and bespoke training modules towards the requirement for periodic training for the Drivers’ CPC.
The Company is able to offer training at any of our three examination centres as well as bespoke courses to meet individual Company’s requirements throughout the UK
